Our team
Event managers
Our sales and event planning team meet with clients to understand the purpose of the meeting or event, including time, location, program, and coordinate event services such as rooms, transportation, decorations and food service. You’ll be in safe hands with our amazing team who confer with suppliers, on-site staff and take care of all the details so you can simply enjoy your event.
Event/Conference coordinators
Orana’s conference coordinators are responsible for the logistical and administrative arrangements associated with a conference. They coordinate all activities associated with service vendors, suppliers, technicians, and conference attendees.
Technical production specialists
All your audio visual and technology needs are taken care of by our AV experts. We can provide and set up laser light shows, spotlights, computers, projectors, smartboards and other staging requirements.
Catering
Our chefs and catering team are ready to deliver the best culinary delights to make your event a success. Using the latest culinary trends and the freshest and best local produce, we have developed a variety of menu options to suit any event.
Promotions
Our promotions team can develop your event website, enable onsite registration processes and payments and run your advertising campaign across a variety of modes, including social media.
