Catering
‘Fresh and tasty food, beautifully presented’ is our motto. Our professional catering team have devised menu options for every occasion. We have included time-honoured favourites, embraced new trends from around the world and added a touch of delicious decadence to our menus so you can select dishes to suit all occasions.
We use free–range poultry, eggs and smallgoods wherever possible. Our first choice for seafood is always Australian, farmed or wild. We use fair trade coffee and suppliers who provide top quality, ethical and sustainably produced products. Our seasonal menus are based on fresh, locally-sourced produce.
Audio visual
AstroMedia are our in-house AV creative production specialists. They are one of the most talented bunch of audio visual experts in Sydney and pride themselves on accommodating your every need.
AstroMedia specialise in conferences and events including exhibitions, trade shows, gala dinners, fashion events, product and company launches, media events and special events.

Communications
Orana Convention Centre is well equipped for interactive multi-media technology, wireless internet and networking solutions. At any event, you can rest assured that our onsite technology specialists will ensure your communication needs are met.
All meeting rooms have access to high speed internet, telephone lines and data lines. A complete fibre optic system links all meeting rooms throughout the Centre.

Staging and rigging
Orana Convention Centre has mobile staging facilities that cater for stage sizes up to 10m x 10m x 1.2m. We can accommodate complex rigging, hanging of special lighting, AV equipment and promotional displays.
To help accommodate your staging and rigging needs, talk to our team regarding the standards items included in your room rentals. What we don’t have on site, our specialised team will gladly source for you.

External drive-in access to the event area is available so you can deliver large display items, large equipment, props or staging directly into the area.

- This policy aims to ensure that environmental, social and economic sustainability outcomes are integrated into event planning and implementation, and that sustainability targets are reported against during event evaluation.

Site safety and security
Orana Convention Centre strives to provide a safe and secure environment for every event. All security staff are trained in all aspects of security, are available to help, approachable and familiar with all aspects of the Centre’s facilities. Please contact the Orana Convention Centre team if require security for your event.
